It was not a good experience. I found the saleslady to be impolite. I requested to smell the perfumes on my own because we couldn’t communicate because of language barriers anyway. But she insisted that I can’t see perfumes on my own and other customers can’t be served until I was done.
Being told this via another customer in the store and hearing things like “it is very expensive” was embarrassing. This caused me to exit the store without making my purchase.
I visited this store with great excitement but my desire for this brand is now hopelessly gone. This store is located in a tourist hotbed. It could really benefit from a salesperson that speaks English. Or someone with the right temperament.
The saleswoman is very rude and vulgar, and it's a shame for such a big company that sells elegance products,
